Marilyn Dawson, RN, Master Esthetician is President and CEO of Special Care Face & Body Wellness Spa in Bowie Maryland. When she started Special Care Wellness Spa in Silver Spring Maryland,1988 she knew that God had lead her to use her gift of touch and love of people to fulfill her purpose to help people restore the balance, health and peace in their lives in a nurturing calm enviroment away from the hospital setting. Ms Dawson’s life journey has taken her from the tranquil snow covered mountains of Colorado to the hectic pace of the local hospitals of the Washington Metro area to her a quiet relaxation spa in Bowie Maryland.
Because of her innovations and pioneering endeavors in the world of Esthetics and Spa. , Ms. Dawson’s Special Care has been featured in many national trade journals such as Skin Inc.
